| 28 May 2003 - Nvidia Driver issue with Fog fixed |
| | Nvidia, bless their hearts, choose to disable a previously included feature in their high end GeForce line of cards without telling any of us. Yes, their latest driver just removed a previously available fog feature that we were using. Quite simply, this removed the fog from our products. We have rewritten the fog to work anyway and fixed their blunder. The new versions of all products are now available for download. |

| 19 May 2003 - SharkVisions v1.0 released! |
| | We are proud to announce the release of our new 3D screen saver, called SharkVisions. This new underwater screen saver takes you on a scuba dive to an old Spanish Galleon that has become the habitat of the world’s most dangerous sharks. You’ll come face to face with Great Whites, Mako, Tiger, Hammerhead, and other toothy critters of the deep.
You get to choose between various angles of the sunken Spanish Galleon, or follow the randomly changing course of the scuba diver’s view as you go around, over, and even through the Spanish Galleon. While on your travels the sharks will come so close you’ll feel like they scrapped your wetsuit raw.
SharkVisions is also the next generation of our 3D engine, with many improvements. Many video cards that had problems before should now run in all their glory. We’ve also included many more user choices in the Setup to allow you to configure things the way you like them. Check out the free demo and see how SharkVisions looks on your system!

| 8 March 2003 - Announcing SharkVisions Coming Soon! |
| | SharkVisions is our next undersea screensaver project, and it is nearing completion. What is the completion date? Unknown, as these things tend to be. We expect to go into Beta testing shortly, that's the best I can tell you. Depending on the number of bugs discovered, it could take a week or a month to get through the testing cycle.
SharkVisions will take our 3D engine a step further, allowing the camera to travel all over the scene in a multitude of randomly changing patterns. There is a fully modeled sunken Spanish Galleon and the camera will travel all over the wreck even occasionally penetrating the interior of the ship.
Living on the wreck will be a large variety of sharks, representing most of the 'man eating' sharks of legend.
SharkVisions is a big undertaking for us, but we plan to bring you realistic shark encounters in full animated 3D, right on your desktop.
Screenshots are in the SharkVisions forum.

| 17 November 2002 - Some new bugs are fixed in ver. 1.0.003 |
| | This is our second round of bug fixes since release of version 1.0
Among the bugs fixed were two big ones that only showed up on some systems. One was a crash bug that happened when the mouse was moved during load. The other was a memory overwrite that could cause a number of strange maladies. Both of these (and a few other minor bugs) have been fixed and the latest version (1.0.003) is up for download in both the full and demo versions.
Thanks to those who reported these bugs and for the patience of everyone else. It is our goal to continue to improve DiveVisions each and every day.
